A non-skid rigid surface allows the user to place this over a bowl or on a counter to provide stability. Use your thumb to quickly and easily adjust the stainless steel blade to three thicknesses: Thin, Medium and Thick. Its wider surface accomodates larger produce and its angled steel blade provides more efficient slicing. The safety features include a locked position for storage and a protective finger guard.
