There is a top mounted sharpening stone which allow you to sharpen and hone in seconds. The EDGE-1 is ergonomically designed for protection and efficiency while the contoured carbon steel knife offers up precise slicing. And the anodized aluminum base and removable carriage systems helps to make cleaning quick and easy. The medium duty Edge Slicer is NSF approved and UL listed.
