A classic design that has been around for many years. The Vee Mandoline Slicer's performance has been proven. The super sharp stainless-steel V-blade quickly slices your fruits and vegetables with ease. Each plate locks into place while in use. The legs have small round rubber disks to help stabilize the slicer on the countertop while in use. This Vee Mandoline Slicer comes with 2-Julienne inserts (3.5mm and 7mm width), 3-Height inserts (3", 2" and 1" thickness), and a matching safety holder/guard. The storage cady for the plates sits flat or upright. Always use the safety holder when slicing food to protect fingers from the sharp blades. Dishwasher safe, made of sturdy composite plastic. Measures: 15" L x 5" W x 6" H.
